How do I maintain my new hardware?
With proper care, all hardware should provide our customers with years of beauty. Do not use harsh chemicals or detergent cleaners. Use only mild soapy water and then dry immediately to care for your hardware. LEK's quality finishes should last a lifetime with the proper care and maintenance. From what materials are your handles & knobs made?
Majority of our handles & knobs
are made in either zinc alloy or stainless steel depending on the style. For those on budget, some of the common handles we also have in steel or aluminium alloy.
Can I physically see what range of hardware you have?
End users may find our handle boards at various cabinet makers, otherwise we encourage our traders to invite end users to our showroom to browse our hardware range. We are happy to help if you are unsure.
Do the handles and knobs come with screws?
Some of our models come with complimentary screws. However we will be separating screws from the handles in future as sometimes the screws used may not suit to the size of your board. If you received your handles without screws, you can either buy your own screws or request for some screws that we may have.
The screws I received with my handles are not long enough to work on my cabinets. Can you send longer screws?
Some of our handles & knobs
are packaged with complimentary M4 22mm screws to accommodate the standard 16mm panel. We have various longer length M4 screws that can be purchased separately.
What finish will look best with my cabinets?
It is hard to give our opinion on what would look good in your particular application. There are many variables one should take into consideration when ordering hardware. There is no real wrong way of choosing. As a rule a thumb, try to purchase all items from the same supplier to assure colour consistency and quality finish.
What if I've seen a hardware that I like but you don't have?
We can show you similar hardware to your sample, however due to many varieties in the market, we cannot carry all kinds in stock. If you need specified hardware for large projects, please talk with us about your specific requirements.
The product I purchased does not seem to work or look the way I expected it to.
Most of the time, incorrectly installed products can cause it to seem as if it does not run, move or sit properly. We recommend that you have the product installed by a professional tradesman or if DIY, follow the installation instruction (where available). Do you have a catalogue?

to download our PDF catalogues. We continually grow our product line and constantly update our website to reflect new offerings. Utilizing the web as our catalogue allows us to quickly offer you new products or alert you to out of stock items.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, please visit our showroom at 41 Lecton Drive, Bangholme. We also have offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with limited stock available. If you are after a specific product and located interstate, we can organise for a sample to be sent to our closest office for you.
Does LEK offer guarantee/warranty for its products?
Yes. All of LEK products are covered by a 1 year warranty. This does not cover damage to the products themselves when they have been misused for purposes other than that for which they are intended or incorrect installation. Please contact office to confirm as some products may have longer warranty.
When purchasing stainless steel products, ensure they are not exposed to acidic or corrosive materials (contained in some household cleaning products), and must be kept clean and undamaged to ensure that products function correctly. Incorrect cleaning of products may void warranty.
Orders & Shipping
Can I order individual items, or do I need to order a full box/carton?
You can order as many items as you wish for most items - no matter the box/carton quantity listed. Some certain general hardware may require box purchase.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. For traders, please call our customer support line, your sales representative or email through your order to email@example.com.
How long will it take to get my ordered goods?
Usually our orders gets processed and dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm but please allow for 2-3 days before calling us on the status of your order. If there is a back order on the items, you will be notified within the same day of placing your order by phone.
Please allow for 2-4 days for country and interstate delivery.
Can I have my ordered goods picked up?
Yes. You can certainly come by to pick up your order of goods at your local showroom. Just let us know ahead.
Can you drop off my ordered goods?
Unfortunately no. However most of our orders are dispatched the same day for overnight delivery provided it is ordered before 1pm.
Can I return your hardware if I don't like it?
Yes. We accept returns on most items unless they are special order. Ensure that majority of the item are unopened. Items that are returnable may incur a 15% restocking fee to process the return. If an item is defective, we will replace the item at our cost. Please do not return anything without obtaining authorization. To return your unwanted products please contact our office or your sales representative.
What is the return policy?
All claims must be made 14 days from receipt of goods. Depending on the claim, returns may apply a restocking fee of 15% of the returned item price plus any freight.
All sales final on discontinued and closeout items. Absolutely no credit can be given after 90 days from original order date. For more information please see the trading terms & conditions.
I am in the trade. Do you offer any special prices?
