Product Deliveries
There are two options for products delivery. You can pick up your parts from our showrooms or have your order delivered Australia-wide. We understand that delivery times are important and we want to ensure that you have no downtime on your projects. If a delivery is urgent and you require it for the same day, we can certainly organise that with a Fast Delivery Service Fee. For all questions about the status of your delivery or if you would like more information on delivery time frames and fees, simply contact your Business Development Specialist or call our Customer Service team on 1300 489 399.
Please note that there is a wait period of a minimum time of 2 hours for pick up when placing an online order.
Distribution
Our Sales and Distribution Offices including showrooms and warehouses are located in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA*, servicing nationwide. Our office and showrooms are opened from 8:00am to 4:30pm on weekdays.
*Our South Australian branch currently does not offer instore pick-up.
Service
Our team of experienced specialists are committed to delivering service customised to our client’s needs from new or renovating residentials to high-end commercial projects.
Fast Delivery
Next Day Delivery is offered for orders that are placed before 1pm (note that unforeseen freight delays may occur during peak seasons).
Free Delivery is available for orders of over $300 placed online to Metro areas in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD.
